TextTea is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and complying with applicable child safety laws and platform policies.

Our standards

• TextTea does not allow content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
• TextTea does not allow users to use the app to promote, request, share, or normalize child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• TextTea does not allow grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, or any exploitative behavior involving minors.
• TextTea does not allow users to upload, submit, or distribute illegal exploitative content through the service.

Enforcement

If we become aware of content or activity that appears to involve CSAE or CSAM, we may:

• remove or restrict the content,
• suspend or terminate access to the service,
• preserve relevant records as required by law, and
• report the matter to appropriate authorities, reporting hotlines, or child safety organizations where required or appropriate.
